How does one determine if the manifolds that I have are legit? I see date codes, they are "D" port, they have 2 1/2" exits with 3 bolts on each side, and they look very nice with what appears to be ceramic coating. Thank in advance.

Legit?
Well no factory HO or Ram Air manifolds were ever produced with 2-1/2” exits, only 2-1/4”.

Sounds like they are repops. Any value to them?

The repops are ductile iron, better material than originals.
Definitely have value, look at what they sell for new to get an idea of actual value.
