Wonder if it might actually be a 75 Astre since it has a catalytic converter ?
I'd like to have it , but not thinking about buying it. |

It has to be a 75 as the 74 and earlier Astre’s where Canadian only, and the 74’s have a different grill than the 75-76 models. Also I do not see a torque arm on the one lower body picture so it probably rules out the 76 model year. Oddly optioned car, A/C & Automatic, but base interior with the uncomfortable Vega style seats, and molded plastic door panels. Base 13" wheels, but with Trim rings. Has a roof rack, rear window air deflector, and custom steering wheel.

So how hard would it be to get the PHS on it and 'substantiate' the car?
Drop price $7000 instead of a Hundred bucks or so for PHS? He knows what he has I think.
