The 15x6 Rally II's with the small 14" center and the larger 15" hoop were available from 1969 to 1972 (4 model years). 1973 started the larger center section with the smaller hoops for all Rally II's. I have a set of restored '69 15x6 JY Rally II's as well (along with a set of '70 14x6 JT's).

Correction, the B-body 15x6 Rally II’s I have are JU’s (3) and JJ (1). They are all dated for the 1970 model year with the JJ dated I_11_9 (September 11, 1969), and the JU’s dated 4_28_0 (1 – April 28, 1970) and 4_29_0 (2 – April 29, 1970).
