Default ID this old car

My friend sent me a photo of this old car. Said his dad worked on it years ago, but he’s curious what kind of car it is. I have no idea.
Anyone know?

Besasie X-3.

Looks like a '59-60 GM windshield, so probably early '60s. One of a 4-car series from Besasie Engineering in Milwaukee, built '55-'69. Each X car was different from the last.

Interesting!
My buddy said his dad worked on it when he lived in Milwaukee.

Possibly a Dual Ghia, but I don’t remember any of them having that particular front end layout .
