I had the picture sent to me so I could read it better.
And saw 7043263 JB 0464. That carb. number was a carryover from 1973 and was used on the 400/4 speed engines.
0464 Jullian date is Feb. 15th, 1974 and would fit a late Feb. built vehicle.

I have/had a thing for ‘263 carbs;
I had a 1974 dated 7043263;
IIRC when I passed it on to it’s newest owner, he had been looking for one for several years.

1974 was weird, my guess is that it had to do with the Feb(?) 1973 EGR updates;
That application and iirc the ‘266 carry over as “1973” application numbers for 1974 cars/engines.
