Thanks to all. I finally did find a page in the GTO restoration book that showed the cage there also. At least there is already a window to get at it!
Now to attack the trunk ones!, and put back together to one next to the seat I cut a window for that was OK!

Found the trunk ones Driver's side the cage was loose and I could jam a screw driver in to get it stabilized. Passenger side the cage was so rust I had to rear it out and use a crescent wrench on it.
Are these already present in a new trunk floor?

Only if you get the braces. That is what the cage is welded to.
