Bring-a-Trailer Awards are practically unknown to most BaT users.
I'm a top 3 finalist for the Cognoscenti Award
Did really really good on nominations , but most don't realize you have to vote again
after the 3 finalists are chosen.

I am currently getting spanked in voting process.
Would sincerely appreciate any votes on BaT if you are in favor.
Voting ends Thursday night - midnight.

Would really like to be able to dedicate the award to Jim Mattison , who we are about to lose.
Please help that dedication happen.

Nominations ended Sunday.
Actual voting started Monday.

The nomination phase got a lot of action , the voting phase is much slower , for all 3 of us.
Up against 2 good fellows
a Chevy Guru and a Mopar Guru

I cleaned house on nominations , but I don't think those nominations count towards the voting.
Really would be special to dedicate an award to Mattison / Mr. PHS
They don't expect him to leave the hospital .

Will really be something if a Pontiac guy can win this award against Chevy and Mopar.
I got a distant 3rd last year. But top 3 was an honorable achievement.
ValiantJim the Mopar guy crushed me and the other fellow last year. I think he was Ford

It's much more competitive this year.

He has been in the hospital about 2 weeks.
Last update this weekend was he is not expected to leave the hospital until he passes.
Real saddening situation.

I'm not sure what the complete fine print rules are - but have looked for them.
One vote per member though. But I doubt anything actually locks it out.
I don't know what/who tracks the count - or how.

Numerous have not used the @ symbol in front of my name , and many have misspelled my name.
Those might not count ? idunno

Apparently your vote won’t count unless you put the @ sign in front. I revoted to be sure mine counted.

The instructions do say to use it though.

And counting the misspelled votes , and the BVZ votes .
It's looking like I have a real shot at it.

Last year all we did was bide our time waiting to congratulate Valiant Jim
Was an extremely lop-sided runaway .
