That was about the same time I dropped out of the POCI since they didn't want us GTO owners anymore. Might have to revisit joining since all those members probably passed away by now.

All together I have been a member about 30 years but not consecutively. After putting on the 1995 convention some of us had some differences of opinion with POCI.

congrats!

I dropped out before I could get my first pin, because the yearly cost, and benefits were unjustifiable;
I really liked SS, but when relooking at our monthly budget, it just needed to get axed.

My 40 year pin also came in the mail last week. I joined in when I was 18 years old, shortly after I bought a 77 Can Am. Seems like yesterday!

I joined in 1991 or 1992 (I was 15 or 16), been a member since and have never seen anything other than smoke signals. Do you have to request them? I probably wouldn’t do anything with it though.

I left years ago, i think I got a lousy decal, I tried to get a new copy at the Pontiac museum but they couldn’t find the new issues.
I took one of their stickers and made a grill badge at work, ended up selling it at Dayton. Prob costed 1000 $ when it was done lol
They should give you a nice grill badge instead of a pin.
One of their meets I asked about getting a grill badge, he said you gotta have a nice car, I said or a screwdriver

The Grill Badge is nice!
Only available if you attend and place at a convention/show.
