I had a QJ 5000 for several years. Only reason I sold it was I needed to get 4 cars into a 3 car garage.

For my vehicles, I couldn't leave it in place under one of the cars. Both the GTO and the Camaro are lowered to the point that I couldn't clear the QJ. But I found the 5000 easy to move and store the unit vertically on the QJ hangers with the hydraulics still connected and stored on the floor nearby.

I found the 5000 to be extremely stable and used it on the Camaro, the GTO, our Equinox and the Cadillac ATS or CT4 that we had during my ownership. 5000 pounds capacity easily handled all those vehicles.

I sold the QJ to my brother and he has been using it on his Ford Ranger, Toyota Corolla and his son's Honda Minivan.
