Well John I can appreciate your curiosity as to what the exact problems were? What parts it was? and what were my compaints? but the fact of the matter is those questions are not asked in the original post by the administrator, and some of those questions are not even relevent to both problems. What is said is too list your good and bad experiences. Well seeing as I don't have a good experiance to list, I listed the bad experience. It doesn't say go into details.
I did not start this thread, the question was asked and I answered. If you choose not to believe what I say, or "need to know the details" or think that "I am the problem" than I am fine with it, suit yourself. I didn't realize I was on trial here. The administrator said you could be liable for unsubstanciated claims, well seeing my problems happened about 2-3 years ago and I no longer have the emails, phone records, and reciepts I better not go into too much detail on a public forum right? Wouldn't be wise to go on the record and tell the complete story without all my backup, and it looks like you may ask for that too. Besides its wasted energy on my part, and I don't have 2 hours to type out 7 weeks worth of getting the run-around from Izzy. For 15 years I have literally bought thousands of dollars worth of parts from Y1, Ames, and PY, and steered many friends in their direction. Nowhere will you see or hear me say anything bad about them because they have been great to deal with. So why would I waste my time to come here and make up a bad experiance? Trust me I have better things to do. I am quick to give credit where credit is due, but I am also willing to share my bad experiences too. I will finish with a quick question for you John. Lets say you placed an order for something and paid by credit card. Doesn't matter the amount, doesn't matter what the items were. A couple days later it arrives and you discover that you have been charged for something you clearly should not have been charged for. So you call them up and they admit they simply made a mistake. Stuff happens right, we are all human. Now to me it seems like a simple solution would be to just credit that mistaken charge back to the credit card right, then its all squared up, done deal. Well what if they told you after admitting they made the mistake that they would not credit the amount back on your card, but would instead give you that credit the NEXT time you make a purchase from them? and then NOT give you any say in the matter. So in order to get the credit back for the charge you never should have been charged for in the first place you must make ANOTHER purchase from them. Huh??? Tell me John, honestly, would that make you feel "not happy"? |

Well instead of a post that long, That really has no substance about your problem.(Soap Opera world) You could have just told us exactly what the problem was in a lot less words. What i am saying is that when you make a statement like yours it is only fair to state all the facts so that others can make thier own judgement. Instead of just asking all who may read it to just beleive that the other guy did you wrong. I don't care if you are my best friend if you won't tell me what the whole story is. I will think that you are not giving me all the details because they will not work towards your cause and you will not get the desired result of un-fairly tearing down the other guy.
Your original post, to me looks like you have crossed that legal line of defamation unless you can back it up with facts. So far all you have said is he is bad, just trust in me. As MY STOMACH CHURNS, stay tuned as we will feed you little peices AND NEVER THE WHOLE STORY just to keep it exciting and keep you coming back and thinking something other than what is really happening. JUST TELL US THE WHOLE STORY NOW. so we can make a FAIR judgement. |

Whatever...............sorry John but I have better things to do than waste my time debating with you, and frankly at this point I could care less what you think. I asked you a simple question and you did not answer it. I really think you need to re-read my post, maybe more slowly this time. AND I DON'T APPRECTAITE YOU PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH, I didn't say he is bad, just that I had a bad experiance. You sir need to learn how to read. Anyway its not important anymore, I am done.

Dar, this guy as an ax to grind, what I don't know. He didn't post anything until you offered up your complaint. I saw that trying to talk to him was like talking to a robot, can only say what he was programmed to say without thought or logic.
Dar, how are you and your family, Dad and Mom? Give them my good wishes. Are you driving the TA or still in process restoring it? |

No ax to grind here. I only asked simple questions and cannot get an answer. So please don't ask me to answer yours untill you do the same.
I can read just fine. You said you were unhappy with the service and you would never go back to them. I don't see anything about GOOD in there, only that they were so BAD you won't go back. I THINK YOU ARE THE ONE WITH AN AX TO GRIND. My ax is already sharp and it seems i'm already chopping wood. I don't beleive you had any problem at all.
