Default For those not going to Dayton--The 65 that PMD Never Built

From page 76 of Paul Zazzarine's 'Muscle Car Color History GTO 1964-1967', the article below tells that Pontiac intended to bring out Dual Quads to showcase the new Ram Air option in mid 1965. Instead they brought it out with the already available tri power carbs.


Since I already had the 'correct' afb's and a period correct Offy intake, why not build the car that PMD never build. Only roadblock would be a ram air pan for dual quads. After talking with my fabricator, he said No Problem! With only some minor adjustments and some additional cleaning, here are some pics:
