Anything less than 1150 HP will be a complete and utter failure!

I'm just moving into the I hope it stays together mode. I think worst case 999 best case 1030.

If all goes well after a pull or two I'll be riding that thing like a pony trying to squeeze it all out.

What time is your session onWednesday? BES is less than 20 minutes from me, all scenic Indiana back roads. I can take you to Jim Zeeks favorite Greasy spoon for breakfast.

Based on the fact that DYNO is known as being conservative and you already squeeze a lot out of your engine and it is very efficient, I think it will make right around 1,000; give or take a few house power.

Good luck and try to have fun.

Just figured I'd throw my 2cents in. 999 just to not spoil you. Tell Rich to stand on it when you make your pulls!

no the gross lobe lift is a .485 x 1.75 rocker=.848 - .024 lash=.824 lift- static defection =about .780 on the intake. ex is a .471 lobe.

That cam is a pussy cat cam. but it made great power last year and the valve train was very stable AND it made great power. For a while there I was going out the back door at 8600 with STEEL intake valves!

All that said we feel it may make more with a cam change. I went so far as to buy a couple suitable cores for grinding. But with all the other changes we decided this will be a constant, close, and a good starting.Everything looked great and the springs still checked good after being ran the whole season and that has some value. We are gonna let the engine talk to us and go from there

You coming in Tuesday night or driving in bright and early Wednesday morning? Only place to eat by BES is Blimpies in the gas station by 74. You have to drive either backroads into Bright for McDonalds, mexican joint (awesome), Skyline Chili and/or a couple of pizza places, or drive 15 miles down Hwy 1 to Lawrenceburg for everything under the sun. Let me know your plans and maybe hook up.

I will say 1011. Whatever you make on the dyno is not relevant as you always seem to ring all the HP out of your combo when you put it in you car.

Ran darn great at norwalk as-is.

Now featuring +0.2" wided intake runners !? & bigger inhale valves. OMG could go up, yet equally could go down depending on cam match. That'sa what i'm thinking.

Can/do you fine adjust the cam time with a BOP belt?

However it goes, good luck: slow and steady wins the dyno pull. think through the tweaks&tunes. Yea keep it together.
