I could play this game with 68 RA parts but I'm way out of my comfort zone here.

Doesn't make it any less fun to watch however.

Sure appears to be a '73 or later air cleaner base, but with a 01/72 dated clamp? Wassup with that?

Just for fun I found a photo of the correct HD AC-Delco air filter element for that application.

Delco PN was A279C, which replaced an A212CW in the same air cleaner housing.
