That is interesting, I remember a Jag rear suspension in one years ago, but not a Corvette. Not really unrealisticly priced if the work is done well.

How does that rear stay in there?

It may be a great performance upgrade but I don't think I really want to see that leaf spring across the rear of my car when I approach it.

Dang, that's actually pretty cool...maybe not $10,000 cool, but cool. '68/'69 GTO w/hideaways would be a good one. Same with Dodge Charger.

Agreed. I'm not a fan of the TV part - if it was $2,000, I'd seriously consider buying it for my office and setting it against the wall. (But then I'd pass because I'm generally too cheap for frivolous stuff like that.)

Started in '66. The '5N' on the data plate is usually a pretty good indicator...but I would always PHS a '64 or '65 before plunking down cash.

Seemed a little steep at $2700.00 as I was reading the ad, looking at how screwed up everything was and the Chevy power. Then I saw it was $27,000.00! Wow , times have changed more than I thought, I guess.

Before I moved I listed my Lucy Blue 71 Sport ragtop with 428 and 4 speed; much better shape than the CL listing for $22k - no nibbles much less bites. This guy is smoking crack. |

Maybe the local scrapyard wouldn't touch it.

Isn't that one too many 9s there?
As in his odo has rolled over 45 times. For that price you'ld think the seller would have went the extra mile and got the horn button kit for the custom wheel. But yet another that well belongs in the epic list Clay

Yep. Even aside from the ridiculous Chevy swap, it's also just a post sedan, and odds are it's not even a real GTO. That price is hilariously absurd.

Hell, I'm an idiot - of COURSE that's not a GTO, it has a Lemans front nose! How the hell did I miss that the first time??
