In the rear.... I dont know how big 14" tires are available anymore.... you could just match the fronts....

I remember the cartoon ad, but not the tire paste. I bet it was just black boot polish!!

The Turtle Wax stuff was just like black boot polish & you used it the same way. The good thing was that it had a big applicator built onto the lid that made short work of applying it. The stuff also made black vinyl tops look great. I've actually used black boot polish on a vinyl top & it works fine but takes forever to put it on with a little polish brush.

But if you have the opportunity, go with a 15" rim. These cars need them.

I love the raised white letters. All of my cars have them.Here's a pic of my 67. It wins trophy's in every show I enter including AACA and is always a crowd favorite.
