Looks good. I kept the Chrome Air Filter lid. Just didn't look good being black, it goes well with the chrome valve covers. I know its not "correct" but I like it better. ; )

It occurred to me last night that now I got another problem. How to keep the dam mice out of the hood and keep them from scratching through the foam.

The Bounce dryer sheets have worked well for me. I think I'm going to try stuffing a wade of them in each scoop.

I have a 4 cat patrol that basically if it moves and is smaller than them, well you get the idea. I let them in the garage(garage door closed) every night. They've brought in lots of scorpions and geckos, but no mice...

Maybe stuff something in the scoops? Maybe lay some rat poison near the tires.
