Looks real good. Is it a running car now? If not, what is the next step?
On mine, I have decided to remove the '57 Olds J2 in favor of a '69 428 I recently acquired. It will set me back several months but it will be ALL Pontiac when finished. |

Just a roller at this point lots to do but the major fab is done. First I will be pulling the body and tearing down the frame so it can be painted, then it will go back together permantly the engine and trans are ready To go. I would like to get the body painted but that may have to wait untill next year but that won't prevent me from getting it on the road

Are those original greenlines or repops? I lost track of the repop link a while back. Planned on using the then available redline and blueline gauges in a couple projects.

They are the new ones from SW appearance is as the originals but with modern internals the speedo uses a electronic sender which is better for this project

The S-W green-line guages are my favorites. I think they're perfect for your car.

That would be me. 1931 Pontiac coupe. 428,Turbo 350, narrowed '57 Pontiac rear with '62 3:08 posi, Buick finned aluminum front drum brakes, drilled I-beam front axle, 3" chop, and a lot more work to finish it.
