Here is a photo of the tailgate of Don Garlits tow vehicle signed by him. Worked out nice as its the same length as the one portion of my desk.

I have had many offers to buy it since it is one of a kind.

Zora Arkus-Duntov; Jim Wangers, whose autograph was accompanied by an interesting 15 minute discussion of GTO's, Mopars and Woodward Avenue; as well as Arnie Beswick, probably one of the classiest, most humble guys out there who will forever be remembered for the time and attention he gave my (at the time) young 5 year old son.

Getting Zora Duntov quite a big deal....in the Corvette world that is like the Holy Grail.
I would think a good many GTO people have Jim Wangers autograph I know I do as well as Arnie's.

Where many GTO owners have missed out on and now its too late is getting John DeLoreans autograph on their GTO.

In my immediate world Turbo Buicks on two different events we did we had Molly sign the trunk ID label which makes them special for those owners. Molly did the actual prototype Grand National exterior portion for Buick....and the GN emblems. He has since passed away.

To the uninformed public, Molly is best known for a little project he did for Toyota in 1989
the L in the oval like circle that adorns every single Lexus produced.

More autographs.....

The popular GTO Restoration Guide written by Paul Zazarine and Chuck Roberts years ago they gave me a copy signed by both of them.

Books signed by authors are a good investment.....

I know having seen some on ebay books my Dad has authored and signed bring anywhere from 50 to $150 depending on the book as my Dad never signed many of the books he wrote....several of his books have passed the 1/2 million in sales making signed ones quite rare.
