I guess I am out of luck. Paypal never replied. It is way beyond the limit, so I did not expect any help.

Almost forgot! Yesterday marks EIGHT MONTHS since I ordered! Two plus months since I asked to hear anything from Aron or Ron. I guess they split the scene and simply ignore anyone asking about headers anymore!

Live and learn. I am about to get a set of Doug's headers now. I am told by many they make a quality header. Too bad I have to pay for another set.

All I can say, if you put money for these headers and haven't heard anything recently... attempt to get your money back! I figure this operation (Tribal Tubes) is history. Too bad. If headers were actually delivered (or just a little communications were put out) maybe others would actually purchase them... but it sure looks pretty bleak from where I am standing.

If you used a CC when sending monies thru PayPal, the CC company should reimburse you the $$. I was 3-4 months out with no communication and decided to end the nightmare. PayPal was no help so I contacted my Visa fraud department and told them the complete story. I was reimbursed 3 days later in full. I am not sure if Ron still got my money, but I got mine back and that's all I wanted or hedders I have been waiting for a set of 1st gen d-ports to come up for sale in the classifieds and buy those. As I told Ron several times, "I would pay $200-$300 more to have the hedders quickly and securely".

I am also waiting (Aug) and sent off a e-mail over 2 weeks ago with no reply. I have never had any problem with a vender and now am just dumbfounded as to what to do.
I used my neighbours paypal because i dont have a account ,told him the story . He did see Rons partner other e-mail address and sent another message on my behalf.
The message basically stated if there was a confusion with the last communication 2 weeks prior?.Well there isnt a reply yet and that was last friday.
The point in all of this would be to get some type of communication back ,anything....
I can afford to wait until early in the new year but i would like as with others some type of direction.

For those trying to get your money back... Credit cards through PayPal is still only 90 days. PayPal maybe only 45 days, but you can usually go to 90. At least that was what I was told from Amex.

Doubt I will ever see the headers I paid for. If I ever do, I won't need them anymore. This ranks up there with one of the biggest rip offs I have ever been in contact with. I would retract those statements if I ever heard a peep from the parties involved with some solid information. Tell me something to change my mind..... Anything..... When left to alone with no other information.... what am I to think.

Again, I believe I have been more than fair. Multiple attempts to contact Ron/Aron..... and silence. Eight months when told 3-4 weeks!? I don't even hear Aron giving any excuses anymore.

Oh well, maybe someday a box will show up. I won't hold my breath.

I agree lock THAT thread... but keep this thread open.....We need a way to get information out. This would allow those a way to communicate about the problem....

I just wish Aron or Ron would tell us what is happening or what is the status with the headers we ordered?

I do agree... I was foolish to send money.... but now I just wish to find out what is happening.....
