Default LONDON TRANS AM SHOW

Here is the link (poster) to the show I was at this past week end. About one hundred birds at the show. Not able to post pictures at this time for whatever reason.

72TAMAN - Interesting! This was one I wasn't even aware of and I'm not that far from there. Then again I haven't been out to too many events the last couple of years. Thank you for posting it.

Cool Thanks for the link! If I get to drive my car up in the middle of Sept I'll be sure to hit a few cruise nights.

Here are a couple more links you can look at. Again a lot of them are smaller local events but if you're over this way they might be of interest.

Last time I went, I took my '73 Formula that had fresh paint.. so it looked great from a distance;
If you got closer you saw it had the wrong seats...
When you got closer still, it had a '77-W72 c/w #62 heads, a '72 intake, 7042264 (with the fuel bowl vent shaved off), and a my 1970's air cleaner...

Needless to say, the organizers had a tough time figuring out where to put me.

... and flying solo for that whole trip isn't that fun (thank goodness for Leigh and his buddy!).

Here is my biggest helper giving the thumbs up after a hard weekend of wrenching. See that chair in the background thats where Craig sat while he gave us orders on what to do
It was a pleasure to have Mike and Craig come up and help us wrench. It was a great visit and hope they will come back very soon. Might have another project thats a little more involved to do
Still pushing with next weekend attacking the sheet metal...Nats here we come!

For those of you who like quality details. This is the car. It sounds even better! Can't wait to see what it can do to the street...

I think there should be a cap on that positive alternator wire.

Tim, the door is always open. Seriously we kinda live in the middle of duh woods so its no big deal.
Hope youll be at the Nats this year to get your belated birthday present??? Thanks for the words but it is just a quick fluff to get things looking okay. Nothing like a number one class restoration thats for dam sure.
