Default SF Bay Area Friendship Day Car Show

Friendship Day 2014
This is our 40th Event - Sunday May 18th, 2014 8:00 AM- 2-3PM or so

The Friendship Day event in May 2013 was a great success with about 430 paid entries and 800 people. We can accommodate up to 600 vehicles on the site, so we hope many of you will come and encourage your old car friends to also attend.

Friendship Day has always been one of the most friendly, most carefree events around. We don't judge the cars, trucks, trailers, or motorcycles, we just love having them to look at and having their owners there to tell us something about them. We don't even preregister.

We will again hold this Friendship Day event at the Pacific Shores Center.
Pacific Shores Center
1300 Seaport Blvd.
Redwood City, CA

Directions from Highway 101 (Bayshore Freeway)

Take the Seaport Blvd. Exit East (toward the bay)
Continue East for 1.6 miles
Turn left to stay on Seaport Blvd. for .3 miles (3/10's of a mile)

Directions from Highway 280

Take the Woodside Rd. (Hwy 84) Exit East (toward the bay)
Continue for 5.7 miles (Woodside Rd. becomes Seaport Blvd.)
Turn left to stay on Seaport Blvd. for .3 miles (3/10's of a mile)

General Information

Seaport Blvd. is the eastern extension of Woodside Rd., East of Hwy 101. There is ample parking for 700 cars, trucks, trailer & motorcycles. There is a very large lawn area for picnicking - lots of trees to sit under (bring a blanket).

Bring your walking shoes to explore the great walkways. Walkways go throughout the complex and along the bay front.

As usual, complimentary coffee and doughnuts to early participants. Food will be available from Canyon Inn. There will also be informational booths, goodie bags and door prizes.

Gates open at 8 AM with the usual $15 gate fee. The first 500 entries will receive a goodie bag with dash plaque and door prize tickets.

I left my cell at home like a fool. Turnout was good a few wonderful Pontiac's but overall we light on the volume side . I will post earlier next year so more Ponchos can make it.
