Default Custom Autosound

i purchased a radio/cd-changer combo from custom autosound.

it will not work, so i need a repair of it.

the dealer and the package documentation tells to ask custom autosound directly in such a case, but...

i cannot reach them! i tried their mail adress [email protected] but it does not work. i tried the fax number found in the package.

and since i life in switzerland/europe, i cannot call a "800-number" in usa.

does anyone know one of these guys??? or a contact?

after all (and half a year), the helped me!
since it was not possible to reach them by mail or fax, i blindly sent my radio in a package over the ocean...
and they replaced it in warranty, sent it back with UPS with no costs for me - and now i have the music playing!!!

Glad to hear it. If anything like that happens again, get one of us in the US to try to get ahold of them for you.
