Default Second Gen Firebird Sheetmetal

Full rear qtrs and inner rear qtrs would be nice to see reproduced. Anyone know if there out there yet?

I have seen recently that the tail light panel is being reproduced by Goodmark Industries for 74-78. Not sure about 79-81???

Sure could use rear quarters, rear body panel, trunk extensions, outer wheel houses and correct fenders for 1970-1973 Firebirds/T/A's. A good repop of the wheel flares that fit decently would be a big help also. There has to be a HUGE market for those.

seen on the new show on Spkie, muscle car that you can buy a late 60's camaro body repop, they say it was suppose to be 100% exact on the orginal repop, so I ask why not firebirds,T/a's,GTO's, or anyother car that peopel are building,,I do wonder about how you title it?

About six months ago I emailed Goodmark and asked if there were any plans to release full quarter panels for 70-73 firebirds. The answer was they were not producing them and had no plans to. I don't get it, 67, 68, 69 birds are all one-year quarters and they make them. And they even have a full quarter for an Olds cutlass convertible. The 70-73 firebird quarter panel fits four years of cars! And tail panels, heck used ones go for big bucks, they would sell a ton of them. Trunk drop offs too. WAKE UP GOODMARK!

I would also appreciate some decent second generation sheet metal.... more specifically, some rear quarters for my 78 T/A!

I agree with 3tas4me & eaglesan13, we need '70 - '73 full quarters, rear body panel (inner and outer), correct fenders, etc. - especially the rear body panels. ;-)

I noticed the trunk pan for '71's is no longer in the catalog. Have they been discontinued?

me too on the correct (not camaro, not 74-81) 70-73 trunk extensions and rear panel--at least the lower section (below the fiberglass tail panel) like they sell for Camaros. Every one I have seen is swiss cheese. I can live with the qtr "skins" only, but you can't replace them without fabbing your own inner pieces first.
