Default Paypal is OK by me

I just got a credit from Paypal from a transaction on Ebay. I never received a distributor I bought from a seller named velourseats (131*). The seller hemmed and hawed and gave me a hard luck story and I was in no hurry but it turns out they're no longer a registered seller. Anyway, today I reported it to Paypal. Unfortunately, I went over the time limit of 45 days to open a dispute. They (Paypal) were kind enough to refund half the money at their own expense! I thought that was pretty cool! In my book, Paypal is OK by me!

Its nice to have someone on your side when all you have to deal with is a computer and/or phone. I had a similar problem that Paypal fixed. http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...d.php?t=526683
