This guy had a few items on ebay for sale. I need all the parts he had. And he mentioned in his ad that he had everything listed locally and reserved the right to end the auction. So I emailed the seller to see if he would make me a package deal on everything. After talking via email with him he had some more parts that I needed. So he priced everything as a package including shipping. I agreed. He closed his auctions and I payed him via PAYPAL.
Communication was great to begin with, I had no worries. When I emailed him to see if he had shipped the parts yet, he said he was out buying some boxes and bubble wrap and would ship the next day and send me a tracking number. Well that didnt happen. So the following day I email him and ask for a tracking number he states that he is loading the parts in the truck and taking them to be shipped right then and will send me the tracking number as soon as he gets back home. That never happened either. So I email him and tell him that he needs to contact me or I am opening a dispute with paypal. Never heard anything from him, wont respond to emails or answer the phone now.

I started a dispute thru paypal. I guess he must have got a notification from paypal because an hour later he emails me with a tracking number and says " i hope your parts arrive safe and not damaged". So I jump on UPS.com and look up the tracking number. Turns out its no good. Not found. Still can't get him to answer my emails or answer the phone. Tomorrow I am escalating this to a claim and hope to get either my parts or my money.

The guy that ripped me off recently is at it again. Apparently this guy has multiple accounts. He has everything that he ripped me off for relisted on ebay under another account. And also prefers not to use paypal now! Go figure since paypal got me my money back from him.

This is the user name he is selling the items under now. This makes the 3rd ebay user name I have seen him using.

I called ebay and let them know whats going on and that he uses differant account names. When I asked if they wanted to know all of them that I have found they said they didnt need them. Said they would probably start checking his IP address and any accounts related to it. That way even if he is using a differant email for each account, as long as he is using the same computer with each one they can tie the IP's together. I let them know about the paypal dispute I had also that was closed in my favor. So hopefully this little prick gets shutdown.

If you look at his feedback its all as a buyer not as the seller. So he must have just started trying to do this, or this is the first time he has used the latest account as a seller.

Pass this info on dont let this guy screw anyone else over if possible. I got my money back, but I still don't like what this guy is doing.
