Car Cover For 2002 TA?

I had a cheapo one from Pepboys that I would use, however this was when I was living on the Texas Gulf coast and every morning my car was sopping wet either way

I just bought one of these for my 99 Trans Am:

The one shown in the current e-bay ad (above) is a 4-layer cover, however, the one I bought was a 5-layer cover from the same company. They currently do not seem to have a 5-layer cover advertised on e-bay, but I would recommend getting the 5-layer version for a few dollars more. The fifth layer provides a soft fleece lining which makes it more desirable than the 4-layer cover.

They are also waterproof which means water does NOT go through. You will still get some condensation underneath the cover which cannot be avoided as humidity levels change but as far as rain and snow, they are kept out. The other nice thing, that is essential to me, is that these covers have 4 grommets built-in for tying down the cover. One on each side and one in the front and one in the rear. This is the only way I can bungee my cover down to keep it on the car when the storm winds come up. If a cover just has side grommets (which many of them do) the cover will get dislodged and skewed and even blown off the car during storms...it is a mess.

I have had expensive Noah fabric covers before, but for the money these covers work great and you can buy several of them for the price you would pay for a big name fabric cover or a big name company car cover. Just my $0.02!

LOL... thats what I bought, only thing I could find local and fast before I left for a trip!

Just wanted to post an update to this previous post of mine. The car cover I purchased for my TA approx. 1 one year ago was great for ONE YEAR! It is now shot to hell and not worth a darn! It worked great for awhile and did keep all water off the car but a car cover has got to last longer than that...I don't care how good of a deal it was originally. I suppose I could go back to the company on their warranty but I really don't want another one of their products and also the hassle of dealing with them. Anybody else got a good recommendation for a 99 TA car cover with four grommet holes?
