Diff locker

Powertrax No-Slip Buick Olds Pontiac 8.2 10 Bolt
Was thinking about getting one of these as I only have the standard 10 bolt open diff.
Can anybody give me some feedback on them, good or bad.
I know a factory posi would be the way to go, but over here finding one is like finding hens teeth.
