Default Headers vs ram air manifolds

I am trying to put my engine combo together and one variable is exhaust. Are the reproduced ram air manifolds from pypes round port or d port? Does anyone know of an exhaust shop anywhere between Atlanta and Charlotte that can mandrel bend exhaust?

D-port.

R.A.R.E makes the big outlet round port manifolds.

Ponyakr touched on it. You can get the big outlet D ports and round ports as well as stock outlet D port and round port. Some of these I've seen somewhere even offer a porting or "clean up" service. Might have been R.A.R.E.

No reason for a shop to mandrel bend pipes in-house. The good shops in our area carry a large quantity of mandrel bent tubing pieces in all the necessary angles, and then simply cut and paste a custom system together.

Yes I do that here occasionally when I have an unusual swap where mandrel down pipes aren't made. The mandrel "J" bends aren't expensive to buy, then just cut-turn-angle-weld how needed.
