TH 400 wire
Is the kick down wire part of the dash harness ?
Colors or way to ID it. Thanks.

Usually pink and orange two wire plug.
Plugs into kick down switch that mounts to pedal assembly. Sent from my moto g power 5G - 2023 using Tapatalk

Yes, part of the dash harness. Confirm what thepontiacman said. My pink had a dark blue? stripe on it. Connector is flat.

1 blue or black wire goes to transmission.

On the kick-down switch you´ll have a Pink Dubbel Black from IGN and an Orange wire to the bulkhead connector position A-Y and from the engine side bulkhead connector position A-Y goes a Black Single Orange wire to the solenoid connector on transmission.
