Ok, to keep my string of stupid questions going for this year, i had the 6202 chevy bearing in for the longest time, so since im getting the motor redone, i thought i would use the right bearing. The bearing i have is new but doesnt seem to have any grease in it, so would i fill it up with grease as in the picture.
I take it the bearing goes in like i have it on the pic, so if your looking at the crank your seeing the sealed end, reason i ask, is i see some posts about flinging grease on your clutch and flywheel, if put in the way i have pictured how is grease flying out of the shield. I have some red and tacky grease, ok to use and fill up about as much as in the pic. Thanks Rich |
