Using a pair of pliers or crescent, put it in 2nd gear. Then remove the side cover and it just pops out the back. It's very simple to change.

That is correct, the reverb switch replaces the speaker switch. It has F Reverb R on the switch which means you can select front speaker (no reverb), reverb (which gives you both speakers on reverb)...
