I just got a set of BAM solid rollers from Paul K. When it comes to Pontiac engines he is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever spoken with and he has very fare prices.

Pontiacs came from the factory with a bearing. I always assumed the engineers knew what they were doing and I have always used the 7109 bearing. Never had a problem with the bearing failing.
