The reason PHS does not provide the build sheet is because they don't have it.

Just like the body cowl tag it only exists in/on the subject vehicle. It was not kept in any central repository.

Pontiac certainly supported the war effort, both PMD and the city of Pontiac Michigan (manufacture of military trucks, Ducks, and weaponry).
