If anything would just have less clearance at the back, i know in the past i've used a thick valve cover gasket , used the sides in between the bolt holes as a piece for the groove on the main cap....

One more thing, Butler did say there was enough...

One more thing, Butler did say there was enough seat material to go to the 2.19 valve without changing seats. Thats the size they use for there 325 and 340 heads.
