Where do you suggest I jack the engine up from?

I have that huge steel crossmember on the frame that runs right underneath the engine.

I just replaced the passenger side header gasket. I have the 389 and there is virtually no room for the header to go. It was a PITA, but how do I do the driver side with the steering shaft right in...

Just wondering what everyone runs in their aluminum Rodney Red as far as coolent, and what they'd recommend for me to run in my 66 GTO in UTAH. Thanks! And where do you get that water wetter stuff...
