The 1965 cover can be modified to fit the 64 Bellhousing by cutting off the lower horizontal portion of it...

The 1964 full size and 1965 and later A-Body covers are not the same.

Turns out it was just a bad connection between the Flasher fuse and the fuse box connector.

Pulled the fuse, clean the connector, put fuse back in and...

Fixed it.

Thanks for the help!


Turns out the points were not closing due to being way out of adjustment. After setting them correctly I got spark and was able to start the car.
