I think the '68 wheel was a little deeper than the '69-'70. The repop available is the shallower '69-'70 type.

My '68 AM has black buttons. I don't know with 100% certainty that it hasn't been swapped out, but I seriously doubt it. The AM/FM might've had chrome in '68.

I don't think Expresso Brown is rare. When the cars were new, I remember seeing lots of them. A lot of them have probably been repainted different colors over the years. Personally, I like it.

Well, I replaced the no. 8 plug and the car runs OK now. Not as good as it could, but I suspect I need to change the other plugs as well. Plus I will check the distributor, etc. as described above....
