Condensation and rust will only be an issue if you never let the engine run up to normal temps. Once at operating temps any moisture inside the engines crank case or exhaust systen evaporates.

Jeeps are fun , the first car I bought when I was 15 it was a 1977 CJ7 sitting in a field for years, it had a 360 V8 4 bbl, headers and 3 speed manual 4 10 axles,, lifted 4", rolling on 33 BFG muds....

Just my 2 cents, but in a 70s Lemans I would prefer a 4 speed manual than 3 speed. Nothing wrong with 3 speed I had a bunch in Jeep, trucks and older cars but I just find 4 speeds more fun to drive....

It has a small cam, 670 heads with roller tipped CC rockers, some 15/8 hooker ceramic coated...
