What date are these #62 heads?

I bought #62 heads and the date code is "I188" I believe. That would be September 18 of 68? What does the I look like on a cast head? Here is a pic. Can anyone confirm I am right?

Did you ever find lug nuts for your hurst rims? I have 2 thick and 2 thin shank wheels I also need nuts for. If I could find even one of each I would have a machine shop make more.
