So it looks like the battery cable and yellow cable should be on the same terminal. is that right? It also looks like there is a ground wire on the "S" terminal as well.

That's what I tried to do, but there are no holes that match the bracket on it. I guess I could just drill a couple of holes in the fire will and mount it anywhere.
