Good job on the pics. I needed to know that the bolts fit while in the console and your pics show it. Did you need to cut the base of the console insert?

If it fails, it will bubble or lift. Usually while painting. I assume you will be sealing, that should work instead of priming again. Read directions on the paint system and products to be sure.
