Which Exhast Header Gasket?

I'm putting on the stock exhaust headers back on the car until I can get some after market ones. Which exhaust header gasket do I get? There are 2 to choice from; Open Center or Split Center.

So if not studs, then what size bolts do I use? The engine that was in there had the wrong bolts and the tranny was pretty much falling off the engine.
