Hello to all; (Especially John V. if youre out there)
I'm new to this forum, so bear with me.

I could use some help decoding Kansas City shipping manifests for two cars. (pdf file attached) I received this paperwork from PHS about 5 years ago, but never doubted the "Written" options listed from them, until I got into working on the cars and noticing discrepancies.
For example, on the Black car, it lists a reverb option. When we finally found one, got it to work, we went to install it... No holes for installation!! (I doubt it ever had one). Also, There were mounting holes and a console bracket in the floorpan, but PHS did not mention any console. (At least on my Fremont car, if no console - They didnt drill holes).

Example 2; On the Tan car, PHS marked "Deluxe Steering Wheel" as an option, well I thought that was Standard on the Lemans series. I have a "Custom Sport" (Wood) steering wheel, which was on the car when I got it, and I think that should have been marked by PHS. I believe it may be confirmed with the 50A code on that sheet. (I decoded what I could from one of John V.'s recent threads).
