The valance sticker is from Lackland
The emblems on the rocker moldings are "428". You are correct in that the GTO did not have any call out emblems. The virgin original 400 runs great but it was too pingy but i didnt want to open it so I dropped in a 69 428HO with 9.5 compression. I kept the original rocker moldings and put the emblems on a repro set of moldings. The 428 emblems are NOS 68 fullsize if I remember right
