I have a large lot that has two homes that line the back property line (6' ft privacy fence). House to the left has one dog, rather mean, fiercely territorial and is occasionally annoying with his barking. Not a huge issue, most of the times we can deal.
But..... The house on the right just changed owners. New owners have 2 dogs, one a German Sheppard mix that apparently is just as territorial as the dog on the left (the other is a yappy ankle-biter). They have a fence between them, which is a good thing because the way they are barking at one another, they would kill each other if they had the chance. So, do those ultrasonic dog silencers work? Many are disguised as bird houses and emit a ultrasonic sound when a bark is sensed. This is the one we are looking at: http://www.goodlifecompany.com/shopexd.asp?id=20 Any recommendations? Opinions? Options?
