I would definitely consider making billet heads, but the cost for most would probably keep production low. I will cast my heads without water jackets for anyone wanting to run them in a boosted application. I'm not sure if there will be any advantage in running a billet head over a casting without water. I know Sonny Leonard uses the same foundry I do, and he has heads for blown applications that are castings not billet for that application. I do know that having the separate exhaust port layout definitely helps on a blown engine as well as nitrous.

Thanks for the input Bill. I can understand why someone might need a bigger chamber in some situations, but for the normally aspirated I think the smaller the chamber the better. We are casting the heads without a chamber and cnc'ing the chambers in. My head definitely has the room to put a bigger chamber in and I can do that. I don't think that the bigger chambers will be what the majority would like. So that is why I did not right a program for them, but it can be done no problem. I am going to offer a custom combustion chamber option for anyone wanting something other than what I will consider off the shelf heads like Ron H pointed out.
