Not unlike a tourist that wakes up in their hotel bathtub missing their kidneys - the lower control arms woke up this morning missing their bushings.
No heat, no fire, very little pressure ever applied to the control arms themselves, if any. Doesn't take long to get them out and the bores are not altered in any appreciable way.  Next up will be to remove the ball joint of the one on the left. .
