Rear Bumper Removal 1970-73 TA.

I’d like to either replace my rear bumper or send it out for powder coat. Either approach will require R&R - which is new territory for me. One source online suggests accessing the brackets through the trunk(?)

Any pointers or guidance on where to find and how to most easily access the brackets is greatly appreciated!
