All mounting bolts are in trunk. 2 on each side and 6 I recall against the back panel. You will have to unplug the license plate lamp wire inside the trunk and pop the seal down through the hole into the gass fill tunnel.
You will get bumper and mounts in hand. I would blast and powder coat the mounts. The bumper.. re chrome, there are a few options. Ames, our host, has repop bumpers ( the brackets too) that fit pretty nicely.
