Mismatched lug nuts

My 65 GTO has 7/16 wheel studs up front and 1/2 in the back. The larger studs in the rear came with the S60 differential I used.

I have Rally 2 wheels from a later car on both axles. Right now I have the OEM style Rally 2 lug nuts up front with the black center, and parts store chrome 1/2 lug nuts in the rear.

Is there a way to get 1/2 Rally 2 lug nuts for the rear with the black center? Maybe the big cars had 1/2 lugs? Any other ideas?
